                         Ojas or Oja are two simillar words stands for the same meaning i.e. life of the physical body and some people also called it as the fluid of life. In Ayurveda the Ojas is meant for a fluid which protects the individual from the diseases. It can be correlated with the Immunity of an person. There is no such fluid or substance present inside the body which gives the protection as per modern day science. But Ayurveda gives a very detailed description of a liquid which is resposible for the disease free body or which act as an immunity. Ahara parinamkara bhava- The Digestive process in Ayurveda

         In Ayurveda the concept of food Digestion under the heading of "Ahara parinamaka bhava". This is made of three Sanskrit term i.e. Ahara or food, Parinamakara or the digestion and Bhava or the factors. Collectively it is called as the factors which are responsible for the digestion of food.  There are six factors listed in many popular compendium of Ayurveda like  Charaka (who prepared the compendium of Charaka with name Charaka Samhita) and Vagabhata  (who prepared the comendium named as Astanga Hrudayam). These six factors are- Ushma, Vayu, Kleda, Sneha, Kala and Samayoga. Ushma or Heat energy   This Ushma is a form of thermal energy which is the first and foremost requirement factor in the digestion process. Trimala and Ayurveda

             Trimala is an Sanskrit term made out from two words i.e. 'Tri' means 'three' and 'Mala' means 'the waste product'. So finally the word Trimala stands for "The three waste products". There is a 'Ttrimala' theory in Ayurveda w hich includes  include urine , stool , and sweat  as the basic principal malas. The excreta of eyes, ears, nose; tears; nails; hair are also included in the mala. Effective elimination of malas is said to be important for maintaining good health or that comes among the basic of health maintenabce. It is one of the pillars that constitute to the basic structure & functioning of the body.                  Kapha dosha is one among the three humors  ( Tridosha ) of the physical body (sthula shareera). There vitiation and disturbance causes the diseases inside the body and there equlibrium is the reason for a healthy balanced life.  Kapha dosha Kapha is the word explained with an Sanskrit term " श्लिष आलिङ्गने" here the word 'shlisha' means mucus like structure and 'alinganey' means to involved or merge with. Six Seasons in Ayurveda (Shadaritu)

                 Seasons are the very important part for both healthy and patient especially in Ayurveda. Because seasons are undertaken as the diagnostic tool in many of the diseases or there are so manuy of diseases which are only occurs because of the seasonal changes. Triguna and Ayurveda

             Triguna is an sanskrit term which means (Tri means three and Guna means the qualities) three qualities which are present in the human body. They are moreover related with the Sukshma shareera (minute body or mental body), whereas the Sthula shareera (physical) body is reated to the Tridosha. Triguna The concept of   Guna   dates back to Atharva Veda, it was discussed in Bhagawad Gita and later included in   Sankhya Darsana . The concept of   Triguna   has been utilized to explain the concept of personality in modern era as well.  In Ayurveda the body is formed from the  Dhatu  (the multiple systems of the body),  Tridosha (three humors which participate in the formation of physical characters of the body) and Triguna (three qualities which basically necessary for the mental makeup of the person).
